West Toledo one car accident sends two to hospital

Early Wednesday morning a car accident in west Toledo sent two men to the hospital.

According to the authorities, the accident happened near the intersection of Alexis and Lewis. The driver of the Alero lost control and went off the road, striking a pole. Rescue crews were called to the scene and both men were taken to the hsopital, but the extent of the injuries is not known. Their identities have not yet been released.

Liability for one car accidents

Many times those that have been injured in one car accidents have questions about what they can do. When you are injured in a car accident becuase of another's negligent driving, it makes them liable for your injuries. So in this instance, the passenger that was injured could hold the driver liable for the damages sustained from the accident becuse the driver was at fault.
